building the barn May 2012

what doesn’t kill you… Makes you stronger. We’re building our duck barn right now, in between rain days. We now have 23 of the 32 posts in! It’s been a project, and of course it has only begun. Posts are the anchors in a pole building, then you have to put up the supports for the walls, the rafters and such for the roof, and THEN you get to put on the siding! sunday journal 10/16 Today we had scheduled a butchery class on the farm, but had to cancel due to lack of full grown pigs, and holding off on deciding about Rosie. Is she pregnant?
